Learning Objectives
Acquire a solid understanding of business fundamentals and the essence of water management companies. ● Critically analyze business operations and their interaction with the surrounding environment. ● Be able to identify and describe the different levels of business strategy, including corporate, business, and functional strategy. ● Be able to understand the basic concepts of the balance sheet and its structure and apply different procedures in balance sheet analysis, recognizing their limitations.** ● Be able to understand and apply the main ratios used in asset and financial analysis.** ● Know and master the basic aspects of developing a quality management and customer service model, integrating the company's position within its customer base. ● Recognize the strategic importance of customer-facing personnel and manage the factors that influence their activity.** ● Be able to define the concept of strategy and its importance in the business context. ● K01.05. Understand the innovation models in a company in the sector.
